1. Eligibility

Participation in the "NXT Creator Hunt 2026" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") is open to registered creators only. Participants must have a valid Instagram account and meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.

2. Contest Rules & Submissions

• Only one Reel submission is allowed per Creator.
• Reels must be original and clearly feature the Rajgharana NXT brand or provided guidelines.
• Any form of fake engagement (bots, purchased views/likes) will result in immediate disqualification.

3. Data Privacy & Usage

By registering for the Contest, you grant Rajgharana NXT the right to track public metrics (views, likes, comments) on your submitted Reel. Your personal information (phone number, email) will be kept strictly confidential and will not be displayed publicly on the Leaderboard.

4. Winner Selection

The Leaderboard is updated dynamically based on real-time engagement data. However, the final decision regarding winners lies exclusively with Rajgharana NXT management. The brand reserves the right to review the quality of engagement before announcing final winners.

5. Modifications

Rajgharana NXT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
